Jose Diego Gonzalez, CFP®, CCFC

Jose Diego Gonzalez, or as we know him, JD, was graduated from Florida International University in December of 2020 with a major in Organizational Communications and a Certificate in Sales and CRM. With a desire to help individuals and families steward their wealth, he joined the CameronDowning team in March of 2020 as a Business Development and Operations Associate. In January of 2021, JD passed the FINRA Series 65 Exam and became an Investment Adviser Representative of the firm. In August of 2022, JD became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. In February of 2024, JD became a Certified College Financial Consultant.

JD is an Executive Board Member of the Financial Planning Association of Miami, and a Professional Affiliate of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. JD has also partnered with the Angel Foundation to provide pro bono financial planning to those affected by cancer.

Born in Spain and raised in Miami in a Cuban household, Jose Diego speaks both English and Spanish fluently. In his free time, JD likes to work out at the gym, enjoy the outdoors, fishing, and golfing.

Con el deseo de ayudar a personas y familias a administrar su patrimonio, se unió al equipo de CameronDowning en marzo de 2020 como asociado de operaciones y desarrollo empresarial. Nacido en España y criado en Miami en un hogar cubano, José Diego habla inglés y español con fluidez. En su tiempo libre, a JD le gusta hacer ejercicio en el gimnasio, disfrutar del aire libre, pescar y jugar golf.
